<p>To start the project, you need some important materials like a paper, a pencil, a chalk, a measuring tape, plans and a square or round tubing. In addition to the materials, you need a welder or any welding equipment, a hacksaw or electrical saw, tubing bender, an extra pipe and a sheet metal.</p>
<p><strong>Steps</strong></p>
<p>The initial step in this project is to design the frame. It is important that you use your imagination and creativity when making the design. Sit on a large cardboard and outline the vehicle around you. Do not forget to allot sufficient space for the other parts of the go cart.</p>
<p>Measure the widest portion of the draft as well as the center. Measure the total length of the outline. Write the measurements. Multiply the width of the vehicle to two. Add six inches to the width. When it comes to the length, add six inches to the back and the front parts of the vehicle. Measure two inches from the middle portion of the pipe that was welded to the overhang and mark with the use of the pencil or a marker. Get 14 inch-pipes and attach vertically to the marks. Get a pipe that has similar length with the frame and weld it to the passenger seat. Weld a tubing one and a half inches away from the front to the back of the vehicle. Get a sheet metal and weld it to the tubing based on the actual length and width of the outline.</p>

<p>When making a frame for the vehicle, you can use various kinds of tubing like round tubing and square tubing. Always consider the weight of the individual who will use the vehicle. Make sure that the frame can support the actual weight of the driver and the passenger.</p>
